Job Number: R0246726 Facilities Planner The Opportunity: Seeking an energetic and skilled Facilities Planner to work at Indo-Pacific Region! Join our team to lead project planning, data analysis, and collaboration across Pacific installations. If you excel at multi-stakeholder coordination, strategic recommendations, and staff-level planning for military or OCONUS facilities, we invite you to help shape our mission and support operational objectives. On our team, you’ll work on challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you’ll help develop creative solutions for mission-critical projects. In this role, you’ll closely impact the mission by maintaining infrastructure in government space, such as power, heating, and cooling, closely involved in those aspects such as a government power outage. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Work with us as we facilitate projects that impact the mission for the better. What You’ll Work On: Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards and design and space criteria and usage through space utilization studies and forecasts for clients. Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management. Perform complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization. Prepare and/or review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review as to cost and feasibility. Work closely with clients to develop plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio and facility, or individual space requirements. Recommend planning, design, and construction standards or milestones. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have:    2+ years of experience with planning, coordinating, and managing Military Construction (MILCON) and Unspecified Minor Construction (UMC) and understanding their processes through the Project Objective Memorandum (POM) 2+ years of experience demonstrating and communicating with installations for planning concepts, principles, techniques, and practices of MILCON and UMC efforts 2+ years of experience conducting data analysis and making recommendations regarding facilities planning and data-informed refinement of plans, methods, and techniques during the POM Cycle of MILCON and UMC projects 2+ years of experience working in Pacific Region Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, to engineer complex data models, author formal studies, and design high-impact MILCON and UMC executive briefings Knowledge of concepts, principles, techniques, and practices related to master planning, installation planning, facilities planning, and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM), or the civilian community equivalent, such as urban and regional planning, campus, or facilities planning Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have:    Experience with military planning or OCONUS Facility Planning Experience in Lean Improvement, Planning, Data Analysis, or Management Experience in conducting comprehensive staff-level planning to coordinate, validate, and advocate for multi-stakeholder requirements, ensuring installation capabilities directly supported tenant command operational objectives Experience identifying facility-related needs, resources, and problems, and providing analytical assistance to military and civilian leaders in making decisions on goals, policies, priorities, plans, programs, and methods of implementation designed to support required activities of the installation Experience working independently without specific guidelines to identify facility requirements and interpret, adapt, and apply policies, guides,
